About My Well Records

My Well Records is run by Aqua Clear Water Systems, which sells water treatment equipment and services. We built it to make public well information easier to find.

Where the data comes from

Tennessee records come from the Department of Environment and Conservation, Division of Water Resources. We don't show owner names. Records may be incomplete or wrong, and this is not an official source.

What we collect

We use the address you type to look up a record, and we use Google to suggest addresses. We don't save lookups as customer leads.

If you order a kit, we use your details to ship it, follow up with results and tell you about our services as you agreed on the form. Stripe handles your card, and we never see the number.
